This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home is a favourite amongst travellers, catering up to 12 guests. The free continental breakfast, family friendly amenities and secure pet facilities, make it a home away from home. It’s perfectly located close to the river and picturesque bushland with a walking/cycling track direct to town or it’s a 2 minute drive.

No alarm needed with a lazy 12pm checkout to make the most of your time away. And no stay is complete without free wifi, air conditioning/heating (in all bedrooms and living area) and a full stock of board games. You will have access to 3 car spaces (perfect for a boat or caravan) and there is also plenty of street parking if you need extra. Everything you need for a relaxing trip.
Families and large group bookings are our specialty. Bedroom 1 and 2 have queen size beds. Bedroom 3 has a double and single bunk bed and single trundle bed also. Bedroom 3 is all ready for the little people in your life as the home has all your essential baby needs covered. There’s a portacot, highchair, swing set, board games, books, building blocks, bath toys and more, making traveling with children a breeze.

GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to the home and secure backyard, no one else can book other rooms during your stay. Access will only be provided to beds/bedrooms that are booked and paid for eg.
1-2 guests = 1 queen bed
3-4 guests = 2 queen beds
5-6 guests = 2 queen, 1 double bed
7 guests = 2 queen, 1 double, 1 single bed
8 guests = 2 queen, 1 double, 2 single beds
9-10 guests = 2 queen, 2 double, 2 single bed
11-12 guests = 2 queen, 3 double, 2 single bed
8-12 guest bedding - (1 double sofa bed, 1 double electric mattress, 1 single trundle bed)
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If an additional room or beds are needed/used, they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees. Cot available upon request, charges apply.
HOUSE RULES
– Strictly no parties
– Fill out and checkin form
– Limit noise from 8pm-8am and respect neighbours
– Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid extra cleaning charges
– Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from the host
– Pets only allowed inside on vinyl flooring, not on any furniture or carpeted areas/bedrooms. $50 charge per pet paid cash upon arrival. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges. If evidence of pets on furniture or in bedrooms cleaning fee applies.

BOOKING INFORMATION
– All bookings made through our website are payable by cash. A 10% fee applies if wanting to pay by credit card.
– Please note that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom only. Please view Guest Access for bedding configurations you have access to per person booked.
– A security deposit of $1000 is required 30 days prior to arrival. This is reimbursed within 7 days of check out by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property after check out.
