This centrally located quiet 5 bedroom two storey townhouse is a favourite amongst travellers, especially being located 500m from Moama's main street. Sleep in, take your time and make the most of the 12pm checkout. Relax and unwind with family and friends around the salt water pool. Enjoy free wifi, Stan, luxury linen, air con/heating, board games, ceiling fans in every room and more. You also have access to the carport and plenty of free street parking.

With plenty of delicious restaurants and cafes across Echuca and Moama the fully equipped kitchen is rarely used. However there's baccarat cookware, a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee facilities, breakfast spreads, dining ware and more.
Bedroom 1 and 2 have the added luxury of an ensuite with lockable doors for extra privacy. Families and large group bookings are our speciality with our extensive family friendly amenities and bedding configuration. Bedroom 3 can be set up with a cot, and a security gate is available for the stairs. We have a high chair, toddler toys, pool toys, board games, picture story books and Stan, making traveling with children a breeze.

The upstairs bathroom has a soothing deep bath and seperate shower, with added luxury as it connects to two bedrooms through a lockable sliding door. There's also a toilet and vanity seperate again. Downstairs there's a shower, vanity and toilet, making it ideal for getting lots of people ready at once!
Families and large group bookings are our speciality with our extensive amenities other homes simply don't normally cater for. We have toys for a variety of ages, board games, pool toys, picture story and colouring books, high chair, a baby gate for the stairs, a cot is available upon request (charges apply) and more, making traveling with children a breeze.
A vehicle is optional as there's a bus stop across from the driveway and a supermarket/Moama's main street 500m away. Echuca is a 20 minute walk. Echuca and Moama has plenty of clubs/restaurants with courtesy buses running throughout the day and night.

– Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from us
- Pets are only allowed downstairs but not in the bedrooms or on furniture. $50 charge per pet paid by direct deposit prior to arrival. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges
- 3 night minimum - Special events and long weekends
- 4 night minimum - Easter, Melbs Cup and New Years.
BOOKING INFORMATION
– All bookings made through our website are payable by cash. A 10% fee applies if wanting to pay by credit card.

– A security deposit of $1,000 is required 30 days prior to arrival. This is reimbursed within 7 days of check out by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property after check out.

GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to this two storey townhouse and carport. Base price is for four people (Bedroom 1 and 2). If any additional rooms or beds are needed/used, they will be charged.
1-4 guests = 2 queen beds (ensuites)
5-6 guests = 3 queen beds
7-8 guests = 4 queen beds
9-10 guests = 4 queen beds, 1 double bed
11 guests = 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 single bunk bed
12 guests = 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 2 single bunk bed
13 guests = 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 3 single bunk beds
